So scooters are the latest childhood health hazard (Herald, October 12), joining roller blades, skateboards, yoyos and (now I'm showing my age) hula hoops. I'd like to add local councils and Dr Refshauge's urban consolidation policy to the list. While an alarming number of children are facing
